Le Petit Fournil Rosewood was born from a love affair with the scent of warm bread and the joy of sharing it. What started as a small home kitchen experiment has blossomed into a neighborhood boulangerie rooted in the traditions of rural France.
Inspired by the charming boulangeries of Provence and Normandy, we bring those time-honored techniques to Rosewood. Our breads are naturally leavened with long, slow fermentations. Our pastries are laminated by hand with the finest European butter.
